4th graders pumpkins
Today we asked Ms. Livolsi a 4th grade teacher about their students when they carved pumpkins. She told us that "they worked in teams , 4 or 5 people." They had to estimate the number of seeds , they had a raffle to see who would take the pumpkin seeds and they carved the pumpkins. They created spooky Jack O' Lanterns. They had a lot of fun and did a great job!
I love the reactions on some of the students' faces that you were able to capture in the pictures.

ReplyDeleteMost students initially didn't want to touch the inside of their pumpkins, but they ALL ended up getting their hands dirty while separating the seeds from the pulp. All students were happy they did :)
